Michael P. Rouleau, President, brings over 25 years of advancing experience in Production, Engineering and Technology Development Management.

His extensive knowledge of product development and process improvement techniques have established him as a key leader within diverse high-tech manufacturing companies.

Bob Rankl, Senior Program  Manager, brings over 15 years of experience in managing projects in the manufacturing sector. 

His background in IT as Manager of Business Applications with a major electronics manufacturer allows him to provide expertise in managing the manufacturing cycle.
